How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $150 or more. Under $150, your options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address. See Shipping & Returns for the details.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Every order ships from our home port in Naples, Florida. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your cove.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Within 30 days, return any unworn, unused item with the tags still attached for a full refund. From day 31 to 60, you'll get store credit as a gift card instead. After 60 days we're no longer able to accept returns. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return custom gear?
Custom gear is made to order, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on it. If something isn't right, reach out and we'd be happy to try and work something out.
How do I start a return?
Email Crew@CocktailCoveYC.com with your order number and the item you'd like to send back, and we'll take it from there.
The Gear
What is the Safety Sam cup?
Safety Sam is the crew member who trades a drink for the keys and a clear head, your designated driver on the water. The red Safety Sam Yeti says who has the watch. 50% of profits go to the Rock the Ocean Foundation, geared towards ocean restoration.
Are the Yeti cups dishwasher safe?
Yes. They're double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel and dishwasher safe, or hand wash them if you want them to last as long as your dock stories.
What is a Special Order?
Some of our premium drinkware, like the 30oz tumbler, the Yeti Rambler Beverage Bucket and the 10oz Yeti rocks glasses, is ordered in small runs. For inquiries about Special Orders, please email us at Crew@CocktailCoveYC.com
Can you make custom gear for our event or boat?
Yes. Let our Crew outfit your next special event, Poker Run, or even your boat or fleet with personalized stickers, hats and bottles. Stickers start at $3.00 each and custom artwork is available. Email us at Crew@CocktailCoveYC.com to get started.

How do I join the Cocktail Cove Yacht Club?
If you found us, you're already a member. Sign up on our contact page to hear about new drops and what the crew is up to.
What does "It's everywhere. Where's yours?" mean?
Wherever you tie up and stay a while, that's your Cocktail Cove. There's one on the Chesapeake, on Lake Lanier, in the islands, and probably one near you. Read the whole story in The Origin Story.
